Mandatory geekery: Waddingtons were the British family boardgames company in my youth. The had the UK licenses for things like Monopoly and Risk, and licensed their own creation Cluedo to the USA, where it’s known as Clue. Swallowed by Hasbro in 1994.

Coolest detail in the company history; they produced a special edition of Monopoly during WWII to be distributed to British PoWs in Germany via care parcels. Said special edition had escape equipment concealed within its components.
